The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rooms cannot be used for parties
- The rates mentioned on this website are INCLUSIVE of complementary breakfast.
- GST for rooms above Rs 7,500/- is 18%.
- Extra person charge is Rs 1770/- incl GST.
- Extra person charge (with breakfast) is Rs 1770/- incl GST.
- Extra bed charge is Rs 1770/- incl GST, breakfast included.
- Driver charges are Rs 250/- includes fooding and lodging.
To confirm your booking, we kindly request an advance payment of either 100% of the total amount. Please deposit the payment into the account provided below.
RESERVATION POLICY
- Kindly check the booking details and confirm before making the payment.
- An advance payment of 100% of the net amount must be made to confirm the booking.
- A C/C payment link will be sent to the contact number for the required payment.
- If payment is not received within the stipulated time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- Incidental bills must be cleared on or before the check-out date.
- If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be released without further notice.
EARLY ARRIVALS
Please note that any early arrivals before 1400 Hours (2:00 PM) are subject to room availability.

THE ROOMS CANNOT BE USED FOR PARTIES
Child Policy
- Children up to 09 years stay free in parent’s room when sharing bed with parents.
- However if they require an extra bed it will be chargeable.
- Children aged 10 years and older are fully charged.
Cancellation Policy
(Applies regardless of medical emergencies or date changes.)
Guest Policy
- Please carry a valid identity card (EPIC / Driving Licence / Aadhaar Card / Passport or any other government-approved ID), as it is mandatory.
- Each room can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children (below the age of 9).
- The Luxury Suite and Horizon Suite, consisting of 2 bedrooms, can accommodate 4 adults + 4 children (below the age of 9).
- If a child requires an extra bed, it will be provided on a chargeable basis.
- If a child does not require an extra bed, only the extra breakfast charge of ₹599 + 18% GST will apply.
- Extra bed / extra person: ₹1,500 + 18% GST, inclusive of complimentary breakfast.
- Pets are not allowed.
- For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, hotel rooms are reserved for accommodation purposes only and may not be used for parties or gatherings.
Early Departures
In the event of an early departure, full charges will be applicable for the remaining reserved days.

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
In the event of early departures full charge would be applicable for the remaining reserved days.
Any disputes are subject to Shillong Jurisdiction.
