The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

Note:

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• The rates mentioned on this website are INCLUSIVE of complementary breakfast.
• GST for rooms below Rs 7,500/- is 12%.
• GST for rooms above Rs 7,500/- is 18%.
• Extra person charge is Rs 1000.
• Extra bed charge is Rs 1,500, breakfast included.
• Extra breakfast without extra bed is Rs 500.

Reservation Policy

• For Online Booking, a token advance of 100% of the total amount has to be made to confirm the booking.
• For Offline Booking, a token advance of 50% of the total amount has to be made to confirm the booking. Full payment is to be made 7 days prior to date of arrival.
• Please carry your Identity Card (Epic/Driving License/Adhar Card/Passport or any other government approved ID) as it is mandatory.
• Each room can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children (Below the age of 8).The presidential suite consisting of 2 bedrooms can accommodate 4 adults + 4 children (below the age of 8).

THE ROOMS CANNOT BE USED FOR PARTIES

Cancellation Policy

• Less than
  • 02 days prior to day of arrival – 100% of the booking value will be applicable as cancellation fee.
  • 07 days prior to day of arrival – 60% of the booking value will be applicable as cancellation fee.
  • 15 days prior to day of arrival – 30% of the booking value will be applicable as cancellation fee.

Child Policy

• Children up to 09 years stay free in parent’s room when sharing bed with parents.
• Children aged 10 years and older are fully charged.

Any disputes are subject to Shillong Jurisdiction.
