The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

Note:

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rooms cannot be used for parties
• The rates mentioned on this website are INCLUSIVE of complementary breakfast.
• GST for rooms above Rs 7,500/- is 18%.
• Extra person charge is Rs 1770/- incl GST.
• Extra person charge (with breakfast) is Rs 1770/- incl GST.
• Extra bed charge is Rs 1770/- incl GST, breakfast included.
• Driver charges are Rs 250/- includes fooding and lodging.

To confirm your booking, we kindly request an advance payment of either 100% of the total amount. Please deposit the payment into the account provided below.

Reservation Policy

• Kindly check the booking details and confirm before making the payments.
• Advance of 100% of the net amount has to be made to confirm the booking. We do not have to pay at hotel policy.
• C/C Link for payment will be sent to contact Number for necessary payment.
• If payment is not received within stipulated time, hotels have the right to cancel the booking.
• Incidental bills need to be cleared on or before check out date. If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be released without further notice.

Kindly do provide us a copy of your bank transfer payment via email.
As soon as your payment is credited in our bank account we shall send you an e-mail of the confirmation voucher along with the check-in procedure.

THE ROOMS CANNOT BE USED FOR PARTIES

Child Policy

• Children up to 09 years stay free in parent’s room when sharing bed with parents.
  • However if they require an extra bed it will be chargeable.
• Children aged 10 years and older are fully charged.

Cancellation Policy

(Applies regardless of medical emergencies or date changes)
Cancellations made 11 or more days prior to arrival → Eligible for a 100% full refund.
Cancellations made between 4 to 10 days prior to arrival → 50% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival → 100% of the booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The Hotel will not be liable to Refund OR credit note for any flight cancellations; cancellation charges will be applicable as per the above policy.
In case of any unprecedented situation like pandemic, severe weather conditions, agitation, curfew, unrest, law & order situation arises in Meghalaya, booking can be cancelled with no cancellation charges but the advance payment will be kept on a credit note, the guest can amend the booking to future reservation the advance payment will be adjusted accordingly

EARLY ARRIVALS:
Please Note that any early arrivals before 1400 Hours; Rooms would be provided subjected to availability.

EARLY DEPARTURES:
In the event of early departures full charge would be applicable for the remaining reserved days.

Any disputes are subject to Shillong Jurisdiction.
